What ages is D&R Playland designed for?

Our Sheffield playground is designed for children ages 6 months to 10 years. Our Brooklyn location serves children ages 2 to 17. Both locations have a dedicated area for younger children so every child has a safe space to play.

Do I need a reservation for open play?

No! Open play is walk-in only. Just show up during our business hours and play all day — there are no time limits on admission.

What are grippy socks and do I need them?

Yes! Grippy socks (non-slip socks) are required for everyone entering the play area — kids and adults. They help prevent slipping on our play surfaces. You can purchase them at the front desk or bring your own.

Every package includes 2 hours (play time + private party room), pizza, juice boxes, grippy socks, and utensils. Higher-tier packages accommodate more kids and include more food. Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations, cake, and outside food/drinks for birthday parties. Room cleanup is required before your time slot ends. No alcohol is permitted.

Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party. Private facility rentals require a larger deposit ($300 at Sheffield, $500 at Brooklyn). One week's notice is required for any rescheduling.

By entering and using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these terms. D&R Playland reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
